I have been a professional Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario since 2018, and licensed in New York State as a Massage Therapist since 2017. In my spare time I play roller derby in Buffalo New York, and have been a part of Crossfit for over 6 years.

I combine those skills with a knowledgeable approach to massage therapy, and provide a dynamic treatment, fit specifically to your needs.

I am dedicated to helping folks of all ages, sizes, gender, disability, race and life transitions, including pregnancy; during, and post partum, move through a wide range of physical impediments in the safest, most efficient way possible.

I am certified in Cupping, Bamboo Massage, and Myofascial Release. Along with a significant history treating disorders such as TMJ, and migraines.
